Voting is now open in Minted's "Dream Big Nursery & Kids Wall Mural Challenge". Winners are chosen by you, the Community Members so here's your chance to voice your vote. I've got one abstract entry titled "Dulce de Leche"

About my wall mural submission
I managed to squeak by the deadline with one single entry titled "Dulce de Leche" This piece was created using mixed media... mostly a mix of digital media, and hand made textures to give it an organic feel, The inspiration behind this abstract piece was a photo I captured of landscape pebbles & the outdoors. The colors were calming, each rock unique, but had a similar smoothness to them. So it fueled the inspiration behind this piece with my styles and interpretation throughout. I think this Wall Mural would be suitable for either a baby nursery, kids bedroom, or even a playroom. As for the colorways...
I did struggle a bit with the color palette but in the end my goal was to keep it calm, serene, and palatable. Before I created the final pieces I actually made a rough mockup on my iPad Pro to help me envision the Artwork on a large Wall Mural. In the end it paid off. It got me from stuck to unstuck, so I was able to move forward with results I'm pretty happy with. I only wish I had more time to submit other submissions, as the ideas hit me when I was down to the wire.

How do you cast a vote?

Today is the first official day for voting so voting is officially open, and here's your chance to vote. Voting ends on JANUARY 24, 2018 at 10am PT. To vote on any (or all) of my entries, you must be a member of Minted firstly (which is free btw). Then while you are logged into your Minted account, just click on each art print image displayed below, and cast your vote. All entries are rated on a scale of 1 ( meaning it's "not so much" liked), and as high as 5 (meaning you "love it"). So the higher the number you rate it, the more you love it.

Who decides which artists get into the Minted collection?
Minted challenges are voted on by their users, and the winners are picked to be sold on Minted based on those results. So if you cast your votes, your quite literally are helping curate Minted wall art Marketplace. Pretty cool, right?

I included mock-up images in order to showcase how it could potentially look and feel in the real world. The colors may have shifted a bit in the mock-ups due to my editing for skin tone on the images with the babies. And can I just say these babies are just cuteness overload!!!
